I’ve used them…BUYOWNER.COM is the one I use all the time. I have to travel 2 hours sometimes to see a property and its a must that I find motivated sellers over the phone! So its not a wast of time for anyone!
What are some of the site your looking at? Would they be listing in Miami? Monroe county?

I am fairly new to REI and have a question or two on FSBO’s.
There are a number of web sites listing FSBO’s and I was wondering if someone listing there would be more or less motivated than other forms of advertising, such as newspaper
or signs? I supose calling would be one way to find out, but wondering if anyone here uses web FSBO listings.
