I agree with what Eduardo says.
One thing I read on this group recently that stuck with me, and has helped me enormously, is “be emotionally unattached to the outcome” of your transactions. If you learn to do this, you become so much tougher of a negotiator and you make so much better deals. The letdowns vanish, but you can still enjoy when you pull off a good deal.
Maybe this is another way of having patience…
