Angel,

I went there and don’t consider it a good source because it’s too over whelming if you just want to learn the terms then go to the How-To Articles right here on this site.

I think that’s a great place for someone NEW in the business to start any way.

Go To http://www.creonline.com/articl68.htm for A Glossary Of Common Terms Used In Loans And Lending by Ed Wachsman.

Hi everybody,

I have read Sarah’s post regarding mortgage terms and got me think. . .

why not direct her and anyone looking for answers about mortgage terms.

But first lets get organized

I have created a folder in favorites called “homes”. In this folder any website that pertains to real estate that may be helpful goes into this folder.

Now I have a handy referance I can call on when needed.

Personally I have two or more web browers running at the same time. Advantage of running more then one brower. . .

  1. This saves’ my place while looking up something.

  2. No need to click on the back button to return.

Anyways, if you need definitions for mortgage terms go to:

www.homeglossary.com

I hope this helps out.
