I just thought this was pretty funny.
I put up 100 or so bandit signs about 3 weeks ago that say “We buy houses fast !”. So far, i’ve been getting a minimum of 5 calls per day because of the signs. Got 2 properties under contract cuz of them. I was the only guy in town with those signs. Well low and behold… today while driving i spot THREE other signs similar to mine. i guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…
