Time to turn over to your lawyer and have him/her make contact with that lender and help straighten out their thinking.

I closed on a refinance 30 days ago. Closing instruction were wrong according to Title company and a request to correct such were sent to lender twice. Lender continues to send closing instructions incorrectly and the loan was funded. Title company obtained a waiver from underwriter from title insurance to release funds. What can the lender do to me if I take my check? They are trying to avoid this by offering a better term but this means further delays. I can take my money now but I want to be sure that the lender can not do anything against me. This is in Florida.
