How do I get a mortgage company to agree to a deal where I get money back at closing?
I am trying to buy a house for $115000 with 20% down and get back $10000 at the closing for fees and money in my pocket. They say I cannot walk away from the deal with money in my pocket. Any advice
Iwant to put 20% down to avoid PMI

Do a research for topic I posted on “repair credit”. Maybe you can take advantage of this should the mortgage company allow it.
