Two suggestions here:

First, if you already own, or are thinking of buying, any MHP, I think attending one of the MHP Bootcamps mentioned here would be a real essential prerequisite, to learn how to maximize any MHP.

Second, if are really determined on the condo route, I’d ask around and go have a chat with two or three of the most succesful condo developers in NC.

Ask him/her your questions and maybe even think of teaming with that person to develop your MHP to its max potential.
