You create the paper (note) by buying and then owner financing the homes. You need to get Deals On Wheels its all in the book.

Mobile home paper is created in many scenarios. The vaste majority of people posting on this forum are creating mobile home paper on a routine basis. Mobile Home dealers create paper. For Sale By Owner’s create paper. There are many places to look.
