Scott and Tony’s book “Invesing in Mobile Homes with Land” is great for getting you started with this type of deal. Lonnie’s “Deals on Wheels” is another good one. Search the archives also for others.

I want to get into real estate investing. I’m in the process of looking at courses to buy, and deciding what to invest in.
Can anyone recommend some good books, or courses?
What are the advantages, and disadvantages of investing in mobile homes?
