Can you wholesale properties that you find om the mls and what’s the best way to do it? Does the listing agent care that someone other than you ends up buying the property even though you were the one who signed the purchase contract.

You can flip MLS properties, just make sure you are offering very low prices. Expect to put in 10-20 bids before getting anything accepted. Your RE agent needs to be patient.

in my experience, on the purchase contract i had put my name and/or my assignees, just to cover that. i have seen some contracts that have stated you agree not to assign the contract to anyone else. so be sure to read the contract carefully

Can’t you use a double close if the contract states that you agree not to assign it? I’d think so since with a double close, you actually close on it yourself, then sell it to your buyer immediately.
