You would have to prove that the seller knew about each one of these and didn’t disclose them to you.

I’m researching a small MHP lot with 7 small 1970 single-wides on it. Plan to buy and hold. Would I have a good case to sue and win if the seller doesn’t disclose the following and I found out 6 months later:
- the tree roots are growing into the sewer lines (would require to be dug out and replumbed)
- the city will not allow replacements (not allow to tear down an old one and find a different one to put into place)
- the city is going to do improvements (new sidewalks) on it at the expense to the owner
- the city is going to re-zone the land (require to take/tear down all the homes)
