I want to add my two cents worth on the workshop in Atlanta. I had a great time and gained much insight. I was able to present a problem I was having with a deal and received many suggestions from everyone. I think that one of the greatest things about this group of people is that even though we attend to learn from the masters we are in no way competitive and are willing to share with everyone our experiences in an effort to help out others. I think that all of us, like Terry said, are ?learning by teaching?.
Thanks to everyone for your help and especially Lia who worked on my Lonnie deal going south as much or more than me.
