Today I had my buyer sign a “Mutual Cancellation of Contract”. It had provided for the cancellation, without out recourse, of our oringinal bill of sale and note with the following stipulations:1. mh left in clean condition 2. August lot rent paid 3. walk through inspection with utilities turned on. 4 returning of oringinal agreements and keys. I agreed to pay him $200 to leave. The mh is alot better condition than when I sold it to him. We are to settleup up Tuesday August 10, 1999 at 9 am.
Is there any thing I am forgetting?
