unless there is an ordinance requiring it be mowed, no one, if you rent it out put it in the rental agreement that tenant is responsable, must be mowed by certain date. then if its not done you can actually get paid to mow your own grass

There is an empty MH I found on an acre of land. I might be interested in purchasing it as a rental or Lease to own. This may be a stupid question, but who would be responsible for mowing a 1 acre yard? That could be very expensive and I don’t have the time or equipment.
