from county to county.
I would suggest making a trip to your counties planning office and making friends with them and finding out all you need to know.
A big part of this business is networking and being able to find information out.
As far as mobile home land development, a very good video (extreamly informitive)
would be be Mobile Home Land Development by Lew Dickson.
It can be purchased here at this site.
It gets into the ins and outs of developing land with mobiles and putting into place a good business plan.
Hope that helps

MH density - Posted by Ralph Goodwin

Impatience has gotten the better of me, cant wait for the book. Have found a two acre and a five acre piece of land in a lake area that could be developed into a MH facility. My question is without jamming the units in too close what kind of density or number of units could I expect to put on each piece. Any ideas would be a planning starting point or decision spot.
Thanks Ralph

The answer is usually at the zoning office… - Posted by David Krulac

or zoning ordinances. Around here mh density varied from 1 per acre to 7 per acre. and in some areas ZERO per acre!
