Good luck because you won’t. The program is set up to ripped people off for money. You should complain to the Better Business Bureau immediately. It is not a good company. I had the same problem with this company in terms of finding a phone number and address for them.

I purchased the program in Feb 2008 and a few days after doing so changed my mind and have since then been trying tto obtain a refund of the fees paid of $6,995.00. However like D Hay have been frustrated by an inability to get hold of anyone in the organisation.

Any help or advice that anyone could give me would be much appreciated.

Jack Taylor was the name of a mentor assigned to me under this program. If that is his real name.

Gale,

I bought the Merwin Coad program about nine months ago.

Like you, before buying I researched news groups and forums in an effort to learn more. I eventually became convinced he really did have something “different”.

I bought the program and found Merwin to be a wealth of knowledge and I have made several deals since then with grat results. Even if I had been able to find the "secret: I am certain it would have been of little use without the mentoring of Merwin and the training and materials provided. The lesson for me reinforced the cliche’ “you get what you pay for”.

I hope this helps.

Jack

We at American Dream Alliance are very surprised about Ms. Kaamilah’s posting. We strive to provide excellent service and support for our clients. It is not uncommon for us to continue to help people through deals far beyond the period of time they initially purchased.

Ms. Kaamilah has been a student of ours since late last year. She purchased and has used her personalized one-on-one mentoring sessions. Since then, we determined she has spoken to Mr. Coad via his 800 number which rings directly to his cell phone another 15 times. She even spoke to him last week right before posting this message! Each time Mr. Coad encourages her to get started, and gives her assignments to do and to call him back once done. She has had ample opportunities to get her business going but unfortunately has yet to do a deal. Even though she is beyond her purchased support period, we continue to stick by her side and provider her with systems that work in her area but she has to do the work!

We teach people to fish the real estate business so that they never again go hungry! Therefore, we show our students exactly what to do, and then show them where and how to do it in their area. We teach a step-by-step approach, but the students are responsible for taking the steps; we cannot do it for them.

As to Ms. Kaamilahâ??s assertion we do not return clients funds, that is completely untrue and is clearly seen by a students to whom we recently returned funds here on this website http://www.creonline.com/wwwboard2/messages/46155.html If ever a student decides within our cancellation period this business is not for them, we always return their funds, PERIOD!

Ms. Kaamilah is now, after learning our whole system and taking all of the sessions she paid for, wanting her money back. If we were a car dealership and she tried to return a car after driving it for a year, there would be no question as to the response. This is no different. The difference is we will continue to help and support her every move to get her business going and make money, well beyond her purchase period.

You cannot make excuses and money at the same time!

Do not trust this company! Merwin Coad gave me a few suggestions in Michigan and I followed through on it and it did not work. Cut loose of this company and of him. He told me if there was ever anything he can do for me in terms of making money through real estate to please let him know. Well I contacted him several times and he has changed his phone number and has not giving me a call with his new phone number.

Hillary,
These people lied from the beginning, and when I returned their unused materials for a refund, and even got a letter confirming their receiving the materials back, and promising a refund, no refund was ever sent. I have been calling them for four months, and have been transferred from person to person to person, each promising to send a refund, but they did not. They do not answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. See Ripoff Report | ripoff0257903.htm complaints, reviews, scams, lawsuits and frauds reported, 2,669 results

Hey Denis, the company has played you like a fool. You will not get your money back. See an attorney as soon as possible!. That is the reason you can’t find them. I along with everyone else have the same problem. You can’t find them. They don’t want you to find them. You will not get their new address or phone number. So welcome to the stupid club!

You all can say what you want but I have been working with Merwin Coad for the past year and a half and I now own three positive cash flow investment houses and I don’t have a penny invested in them. In fact, I got $3,000 cash out at closing. His is a no BS program and I can talk to him anytime I like. Get to know him and work with him and he is great. Elwood B

George’s friend Sam had a dog who could recite the Gettysburg Address. “Let
me buy him from you,” pleaded George after a demonstration.
“Okay,” agreed Sam. “All he knows is that Lincoln speech anyway.”
At his company’s Fourth of July picnic, George brought his new pet
and announced that the animal could recite the entire Gettysburg Address.
No one believed him, and they proceeded to place bets against the dog.
George quieted the crowd and said, “Now we’ll begin!” Then he looked at
the dog. The dog looked back. No sound. “Come on, boy, do your stuff.”
Nothing. A disappointed George took his dog and went home.
“Why did you embarrass me like that in front of everybody?” George
yelled at the dog. “Do you realize how much money you lost me?”
“Don’t be silly, George,” replied the dog. “Think of the odds we’re
gonna get on Labor Day.”
