I have been doing some research on this, and am having trouble finding a definitive answer. Is the only advantage to having a “manager-managed” LLC that the members names do not need to be recorded? It’s a Nevada LLC. I guess I’m just wondering if this is really relevant if you’re not overly concerned about having your name public. Thanks!
