As I recall, Joe’s course revolves around negotiating an option to buy the lien at a really good price and for a token option fee. Then you go to the property owner and negotiate an “easy pay” plan with a down payment and monthly payments after that. Many more details to it but I think if you spend the time to get the machine up and running it could lend another steady income stream to your RE business.

Since I’m at the courthouse for hours each day I thought I’d look into liens as a cash flow source. I know I’m supposed to look into the state laws as to whether or not it is viable but without the course how do I know what to look for as far how intricate the laws are in my state? If anyone is using Joe Kaiser’s course on liens in the state of Florida, a brief overview of the difficulties would be greatly appreciated.
