I’m investing heavily in mechanic’s liens in VA and MD, using joe kaiser’s system. Nobody else is doing it and its a great cash flow generator.

Hey Luke,

That’s one of the few courses of Joe’s I don’t have. What’s wrong with doing mechanics liens in NC? Let me guess, you’re not the only one in the area who bought the course.
