Does anyone know of lenders that will go higher than 60% LTV for overseas (i.e. non US citizens with no FICO) investors without charging interest rates in double digits?. Looking at upstate NY.

I am an investor who has BTL in the UK and rentals in the US. I also broker loans so I can help with your funding needs while advising how best to bridge the gap from the UK to the US.
As I commute between the US (Oregon) and the UK I can meet up with you in the UK at some point. I am mostly in Chester and London. I certainly have done a number of deals in upstate NY as the income there is great compared to the prices. Just expect a low level of appreciation (if zero is considered low as some locations will not go up anytime soon). Like parts of the north in the UK.
