Ever seen the “Andy Griffith” episode where they try to foreclose on the oldman’s house for back taxes? Guess there weren’t any R.E.Investors back then!
You could of picked up his house and about 5 acres
for $300 bucks! Too bad we don’t live in Mayberry, huh?

Was over at my sis and bro-inlaw’s place yesterday doing the turkey thing and my nephews were watching Mary Poppins. So I sat and watched a few minutes of it and caught the bank scene where the old financial guy talked about buying tax liens. If only I had payed attention to the movie as a kid who knows where I’d be today.
