The best place to “find” lease/option deals is to call the ads “for sale” and “for rent” in the paper. I use the word “find” loosely because lease/option deals are negotiated, not found.

Does anyone have any ideas for an add I can place that would interest home owners in lease optioning their home. I feel I would be more efficient at returning calls from people interested than cold calling prospects.
