Once accepted, offers are legally binding contracts. They are not casual understandings, working papers, or talking points. Once a contract is executed it defines the rest of the deal. Few verbal RE offers are made because they are legally unenforceable.

Go to any real estate office and ask an agent for a sample offer contract to study before making an offer.

I kknow that people take you more seriously when you make offers on paper with a signature and everything. Is there a format in which typical offers are written? Is there certain information that must be in the offer besides the amount in which I decide to offer. Will someone give me an example?
