With Interest at some of the best rates in some time, I can now get you 4.5% on your residential investment properties and 4.125 on your personal homestead. These rates are fixed for 5 years with a LIBOR plus 2.125 margin thereafter fixed for 6 month periods. You have 3 choices for the first 5 years. Interest only (use your money for other things), 30year full amortization payment or the 15 year full amortization payment. Want to pay the house off in a lot less time but don’t want to pay a penny more than you are now, just keep paying the same payment you are on your present loan and you will save 5 or 10 or more years paying it off. Afraid of ARM loans. Well don’t be. I have an ARM and so does my associate in the office as well as most people I know in the Mortgage business. It is the only loan product I would have in this ecomony today. Call me or e-mail me to save a lot of money.
If you are interested in a monthly ARM I have one at 3.583 fully amortized rate
