I have come across some low $ down and low monthly PITI properties in PA. Before I follow up again on them what might be some relevent questions or concerns? They are 3-4 bedrooms in nice neighborhoods getting good rent $. My thought is to rent them out and take the positive cash flow for x amount of time and then put on the market whenever but I want to make sure I am asking and getting the correct information to make this work.
