This is one where you let your pocket book decide.

Bills is great, no doubt about it.

I have seen Louis Browns and his is super as well.

You would not lose on either choice.

I have reached a point where I need to invest using trusts. Can anyone tell me which course to begin with on land trusts. the one by Louis Brown or the one by Bill Bronchick.
Your feedback will be appreciated, I know they are both good and highly respected, but which one will get me jump started and where should I start first.
thanks

I have most of Bill’s courses, including his land trust course, which I have used extensively without any problems.

I have heard Mr. Brown speak, and he seems very knowledgeable. But keep in mind that Bill is an attorney, which is worth a lot, to me.

I believe that Louis Brown is a little better (by a nose)as far as trusts go. Perhaps start by reading his online article - ‘What you need to know about trusts’. Bill Bronchick is really good too, as you know, but I think he focuses on land trusts only whereas Louis Brown writes about all kinds of trusts available for investing.

Just my 2 cents.
