Rex, i havent started investing in MH’s yet, i plan on ordering lonnie’s book’s within the next week, however i think that if you down own the lot, the park does, you let the MH buyer pay lot rent, you just buy - sell - finance the MH, you let them take care of lot rent.
lonnie, i really enjoyed reading the articles on mobile homes …i live in raliegh nc area were mobile homes are plentiful…i like the way you acquire the homes and sell on a rent to buy basis , and becoming the note holder…the question i have is , will this technique work even if i dont own the moblie home park, and have to pay a lot fee?? thanks rex…
