South of Indianapolis. I thought they seemed high. I need to do more research in this area.

Wondering what others in IN are finding on lot rent. I’ve run into $350 to $380 in some of the bigger parks (over 150 lots). Is this about normal for these size parks in IN? What have you found in some of the smaller parks?

How about OH, KY and IL? Are you over $300 in the larger parks?

I have a few MH’s in a park NW of Indy, and the lot rent on them is $322/mo. This is a bit higher than others in this area, but the park is very well maintained and has nice ammenities. Some other parks around here are between $200 and $280 a month.

In our park, we get 200 for a SW and 230 for a DW. We only have 76 pads and I think the bigger folks are getting a little more. We’re just a bit NE of Indy.

What part of Indiana are you finding these high lot rents?

I know the northeastern market very well and have not seen any higher than about $275.

My parks are at $180 and $240.

Tread carefully in those higher lot rent parks. My stick build home’s morgage payment in Indiana is $350/mo!

Looked into four parks. All south, nothing under $300. Lot rent and a decent note will still be cheaper than an apartment.
