I’m in LA, but haven’t even bought the Carlton Sheets course. I’m not sure if it’s a rip off, and have been debating it. Does anyone know if it actually works?

I have the course. I think it is a crock. I have made many (hundreds) of zero down offers and none have been accepted.

I am in Orange County I am currently reading everyones course to shorten the learning curve, my suggestion is to go to the library, and learn as much as you can, so that you can be familiar with paperwork and the “fuzzy math” you can reach me at takeone66@hotmail, if you want to correspond.
