I purchased the CS course and have yet to purchase a property. I have looked at some and they have all been money down. I am looking for someone in Connecticut who has been successful with the course and is willing to help me be successful. I am willing to compensate someone who is willing to spend some time with me and help me. I am interested in flipping and rentals that have a decent monthly positive cash flow. Thank you.
