Try rehabfunding.com, or statewidellc.com for hard money. If you’re getting that great of a deal, you probably don’t need a hardmoney lender since you have significant equity there. Are you trying to pull money out? There are lots of ways to structure that deal. What area are you in? I’m also in Indiana and I would be interested in meeting and discussing ideas and opportunities with another local investor. Just let me know if you’re interested. Thanks.

I have a great deal that elderly gentlemen is going to give me on a property that is currently valued at 75,000.00 he is going to let me have for 23,000.00 to help me out. I need some help. Does anyone know of any hard money lenders or investors that could help.
