We need to know personal information on you such as your credit?
What part of MI are you doing your deals?
How are you structuring your deals such as LTV?
You say you?ve done previous deals and made $50,000 but don?t give us any indication of your average size deal etc.?

Need information on anyone knowing of investors in nj looking to fund deals on foreclosure properties.We do everything needed from beginning to end including the rehab.We have susbstantial previous deals done where profit was over $50,000.Homes were purchased,rehabbed and sold in less than 6 months depending on time of year.I have deals now where I have spent the time and have the contracts with the homeowners but need new fuding options.I will go into detail of our current funding upon email inquiries.Hope someone can help with any information possible.Time is of the essence.Money is being lost every day a deal cannot be completed.Thanks so much!
