I am somewhat new, bought CS’s course a few years ago, now I am working on “Richard Roop’s 5 figure paycheck buying and selling houses” great course! Had owned a duplex for 16 years and acouple of houses. Would be willing to chat on the phone or sit down and have a cup of coffee. Am trying to get involved in an REI club here, although having trouble getting “hooked up”. Drop me a line, it does help having other “resources” and folks in the area to chat with.
