Why stop doing what works? Wait to hold onto stuff for a couple years when it will get harder to sell due to money getting harder to borrow for buyers

I’ve been buying, rehabbing and selling (flipping) properties successfully over the past 6 months (5 deals)… I have a goal of flipping a 10 more deals then I’m going to concentrate on building my own residual income stream by holding on to more properties… I use a HM lender to buy & rehab,and I do this under a corp… I’d like to develop a strategy of holding & refinanicng the properties (upon completion) under my own corp, but the corp is only 7-8 months old… Anyone now of a lender who will allow me to do this?? My credit is decent (mid 600) but I’d like to build everything under the company’s umbrella… I also have 2 partners, so our goal is to stop flipping and doing more cashout holding… any advice or leads…
