He is the best. His tapes are excellant but take his Mentoring course fer sure.

Hi all,
Can anyone suggest the best LO course for the MONEY to be used here in California? I just shelled out over three hundred for a course unrelated to lease options from this site and was not impressed in fact half of the forms are not applicable here in California. I will be focusing rehabs and lease options only. No more rentals for me
