I don’t believe that there are any tax advantages unique to an LLC. My advise is to keep good expense records.

I have an LLC set up to do deals in real estate, but I haven’t quite started yet. I am going to start off with wholesaling first and rehabbing/flipping from time to time.

Can you tell me some steps to follow to have a great tax advantage at the end of the year on both ways of making money?
