Obviously, I’m a newbie…If I form an LLC, do I purchase the property under the name of the LLC? If I buy a property as a joint venture with another couple that has an LLC, do we buy the property under both LLC names? How does that work? Eventually, can the LLC build it’s own credit rating? Thanks.
