all depends on hope you setup the LP. Who’s the GP? if it’s a corp or and LLC, then you’ll need to spin 2 entities.
Did he say limited partnership or LLP limited liability partnership (this is typically reserve for professionals like attys and cpas.

I live in CA and own a SFR and a duplex in Texas.
I was told by my CPA to look into a Texas limited partnership. Does anyone know what the advantages to this over an LLC are?
What’s the best way to go about setting up my entity?
