I read so many posts about land trust and having 2 or 3 entities for ea. property (or pool of), I don’t see the benefit.
It seems that much will come out in the wash if there is a judgement against you.

Could someone comment on pros and cons of using a LLC, as a Trustee when transfering a property into a trust? (In our corporate structure, the LLC does not own anything and acts as a managing/operating LCC for other LLCs that hold properties)
