I am trying to set up an LLC online and it want a physical address for the registered agent. I am thinking about using my home address. But I would rent a PO box for the mailing address. Would I run into any potential problem later on?

I live in Indiana and set up a Wyoming LLC, the address is one in Wyoming and of the company that actually did the paperwork for me. I would either go that route or as Matt recommended, use your attorneys address.

I use my lawyer’s address. Just as a matter of personal policy I try to keep my address off of as many public records as possible.
