Hello,
I am working with a customer who is one of two people on a deed (tenancy in common), however he has told me that a lien has been/will be placed on the home because of a judgement that was recently rendered against the other co-owner for a personal debt(credit card). Does this sound legal? Any comments would be appreciated.
