You need to call the Missouri Public Service Commission
800-819-3180. If you have a lot and are selling mobile homes and sell more than 4 per a 12 month period Missouri says you are a dealer and you need a dealers licesnce.

Do I need a license to sell mobile homes in the state of Missouri We are selling homes on a rent to own basis. Our sales people are from out of state and are not licensed. Also there have been homes sold without title. Is this permisable.
