Can anyone tell me what the requirements are to become a Mobile Home Dealer in the state of MO ?
Do I have to get a dealer license or I can make these deals without a license.
I have finished reading Lonnie`s books and obtained a business license for mobile home sales, but was not able to find anything about a dealer license.

Sorry to correct you Steve but in Missouri it is the Public Service Commission. P.O. box 360 Jefferson City
Phone# 800-819-3180. You are allowed to do 4 deals within any 12 month period without a license. The license is $ 200.00. Hope this helps, by the way, what part of MO are you in?? Nathan

I’m enjoying my monopoloy status in my area! There are a few others around, but certainly not enough that we’re tripping over each other. We’re mostly in opposite corners of the city, so we just refer stuff to each other as needed.

In fact, I just bought out the inventory of my biggest competitor in my gravy park. I’m stoked (and stressed)!
