My letters say that I drove by the neighborhood and noticed that the property was vacant. Then I tell them that I am a investor in the area and if they have any intentions of selling, to call me. Hope that helps.

Hey All,
Can someone give me an idea of letters they send to property owners of vacant homes, just want to touch all bases. Would like to know what to include, any suggestions or examples will be appreciated.
