I do not know the area so I can not help at this time. I happen to be doing some work closer to the SC/NC boarder (metro Charlotte) so I suspect I might turn up some possibilities in the near term.
If you do not hear back from me send me an email and I can provide an update. I really can not predict what I will turn up. Just that I am talking with a number of investors and mortgage folks in the area so it is very likely to be part of the conversation.
