I am a REI and have been reading this board for about 2 years and am very excited to go to the Lender’s seminar this weekend. Checking to see if it is OK to tape record the seminar so my husband can also benefit from the info. He is taking the kids to Disneyland while I attend. Please let me know. Thanks!

Same question here, except it is for my own benefit. They say you lose 50% of the information you hear in the first 24 hours and 90% of it within a week even with good notes. Expect all information to be good and want to absorb as much as possible.
