start w/junkers , you can do a flip without coaching .
after you made some $$$$ go to bootcamps . they cost an arm and a leg but they’re worth it-you actually work on live deals .(i made 10.5k during bootcamp in 97 ,quit work and been a full time realie ever since )
it also depends how smart you are , i know people who never went to bootcamps but kick a$$ just by reading cheap books , brainpicking and using common sense .
or you can put together bits of info from sites like this one and apply them .
the secret is in walking the talk - you can spend lots of money on education but without taking action it’s gonna be worthless .
