You have to read the note to determine the required notice, but generally the FNMA note requires 30 days notice.

If there was a ballonpayment due on February 14th and it was not paid, can the lender just go ahead and foreclose with 4 weeks notice in the legal paper or are they obligated
to notify the foreclosee in some way? (for example, for an eviction you still have to give notice to the tenant in order for it to be legal)
