I’m a newbie sifting through different techiniques to decide which would be the one or two stategies to focus on to begin my investing. I mentioned Lease options to a friend who has substantial income properties and he said he had avoided options because of " the many law suits when it comes time to excercise the option." I live outside LA which is lawsuit heaven and am concered about this. Any input for someone trying to make the best decision at beginning to invest in real estate?
