I have bought some properties to lease option so my cash flow will be bigger. However I don’t know how I can set this up. Almost if I decide to do a wrap around mortgage, or is their another way of carring the mortgage without giving up title at first. One last Question for know, can I lease the property to someone for 29yrs and have a dollar buyout at the end and not break any rules with the mortgage company or the tax code
